An important component of the HES PTO is our communication program, which includes our website, email communication, weekly newsletters and social media. Not only do we keep our PTO website up-to-date but we also utilize email to send urgent news and timely reminders to our parents.

PTO member benefits include:

• Copy of our school directory (only PTO members will have the option to be included in the directory)

• Weekly emailed newsletter outlining all recent and upcoming school events, as well as pertinent events happening around town

• Emails notifying you of other important and timely school and PTO information. ​

Throughout the year the PTO members and parents have the option to volunteer for classroom activities, school fundraisers and events.
