Welcome to the school year of 2019-2020!

The WHS PTO plays an important role in our school and community. The mission of our PTO is to advance quality education at Weston High School through communication among students, faculty, parents, administrators, the Board of Education, and the community.  To this end, the PTO is, for the first time, providing membership to all WHS families, free of charge!  With this membership, families will receive a free online directory of high school families and direct communication about important PTO, school and class happenings through our e-newsletter, Facebook pages, and our website. However, while membership is complimentary to all high school families this year, we still need for you to register! 

 

TO GET STARTED -

Returning Members 

Please log in with old login and password from 2018-2019 and register your WHS child(ren) only using your established login and password. If you cannot remember your password, please reset the password. DO NOT create a new account.

  1. Update "Family Information" and "Directory and Publish Preferences"
  2. Click on the "My Account" tab and click on "My Forms/Payments"
  3. You will be presented with forms to complete for each relevant PTO Membership. The PTO Membership options you see will be based on the school information you entered on the Student Information form.
  4. You are not considered a member until you have completed the forms. THen 

New Members, please create a new account:

  1. Click on the "Click Here" icon above.
  2. Select "Create Account" and fill in your name, email address, and password information.
  3. Click "Verify My Email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  4. Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process (see "Joining a PTO"). 

 

COMPLETE THE PROCESS TO JOIN THE WHS PTO:

  • Complete the Parent/Guardian form.
  • Complete the Student Information form; enter all your Weston HS students and the school they attend.

Your information will appear exactly as you type it, please do not use all capitals or lower case.  We will not correct what you typed, how you enter it is how it will appear in the Directory (if you elect to be published).  Correct format:  Jane Doe, John Doe.  Incorrect format: JANE DOE or john doe. doe.

  • Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.  You have complete control over what information will appear in the Directory. No information will be visible online or in print unless you select that option.
  • Click on the "My Account" tab and click on "My Forms/Payments"
  • You will be presented with forms to complete for each relevant PTO Membership. The PTO Membership options you see will be based on the school information you entered on the Student Information form.
  • You are not considered a member until you have completed the forms. 

 

DIRECTORY/PTO COMMUNICATION:

WE'RE GOING GREEN! Upon registration, WHS PTO members will receive complimentary access to a secure online directory app, as well as regular communications from the PTO in the form of a weekly newsletter, our school and individual class Facebook pages,  General meetings and more. The WHS PTO membership registration will remain open throughout the school year, and you can edit your information anytime.

  • As mentioned above, you have complete control over what information will appear in the Directory. No information will be visible online unless you select that option.‚Äč
